We offer two straightforward shipping methods across the United States. Your final delivery time is calculated as follows:
- Processing Time: 1 - 3 Business Days (Monday - Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM EST (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing on the following business day.

3. Order Tracking
Once your package is packed and handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), you will receive an automatic Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.
- Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email for the carrier tracking link to update with active scans.
- You can also monitor your shipment anytime on our Track Your Order page using your order number and email.
4. Shipping Address & Order Changes
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you need to make a correction, email us immediately at support@ovabakery.com before our 5:00 PM EST order cut-off time. Once an order enters the shipping process, we are unable to update the delivery address.
5. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
- Delivered Status Issue: If your tracking link displays "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please inspect your porch, garage, or check with household members. Carriers occasionally scan items slightly ahead of drop-off.
- Carrier Delays: If your tracking status remains un-updated for more than 5 business days, please email us so we can trace the shipment for you.
6. Easy Returns via Home Pickup
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or does not meet your expectations, simply email us. Once your return is verified and approved, we will schedule a carrier agent to pick up the package directly from your home address at no hassle to you.

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

- You must provide your receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
2. How the Return Process Works

- Review & Form Submission: Our support team will review your email. If your return request is approved, we will send you an official Return Form & Request via email. Simply fill out the required details in the form.
- Home Pickup: Once your return details are submitted, a shipping carrier agent will be dispatched directly to your address to pick up the package you don't even need to leave your house!
- Important Notice: Please do not send items back to us without contacting us first via email. Unscheduled returns will not be processed.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your items upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please email us immediately at support@ovabakery.com with photos or videos of the issue. We will review it right away and arrange a replacement or return pickup at no extra charge.
4. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
For hygiene and health safety reasons regarding kitchenware, certain items are non-returnable:

- Clearance items, final sale products, and digital/physical gift cards.
5. Refunds & Processing Timeline
- Refund Method: Once the carrier picks up your package and the return is verified, your refund will be automatically processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Timeline: The refunded amount will typically appear in your bank account or payment provider within 10 business days.
