At Ova Bakery, customer satisfaction with our Baking & Prep Tools is our top priority. If your order does not meet your expectations, we are here to help make things right through a smooth and convenient return process.

Please note: Ova Bakery exclusively ships and operates within the United States.

1. 30-Day Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • It must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • You must provide your receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

2. How the Return Process Works

We have made our return process as simple as possible for you:

  1. Submit Your Request: If your order is not as expected or you wish to return an item, please contact us first at support@ovabakery.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Review & Form Submission: Our support team will review your email. If your return request is approved, we will send you an official Return Form & Request via email. Simply fill out the required details in the form.
  3. Home Pickup: Once your return details are submitted, a shipping carrier agent will be dispatched directly to your address to pick up the package you don't even need to leave your house!
  4. Important Notice: Please do not send items back to us without contacting us first via email. Unscheduled returns will not be processed.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your items upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please email us immediately at support@ovabakery.com with photos or videos of the issue. We will review it right away and arrange a replacement or return pickup at no extra charge.

4. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

For hygiene and health safety reasons regarding kitchenware, certain items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or custom-made baking tools.
  • Clearance items, final sale products, and digital/physical gift cards.

5. Refunds & Processing Timeline

  • Refund Method: Once the carrier picks up your package and the return is verified, your refund will be automatically processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Timeline: The refunded amount will typically appear in your bank account or payment provider within 10 business days.
  • What to do after 10 days: Bank processing times can vary slightly. However, if more than 10 business days have passed and you still have not received your refund, please reach out to us immediately at support@ovabakery.com. We will investigate and resolve the issue for you right away!
